A Practical AI Governance Workshop using ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO/IEC 42005
AI is already part of everyday business. From Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered recruitment to intelligent automation and the informal use of tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
But as the EU AI Act comes into effect, one important question arises: is your organization ready to use AI responsibly and in compliance with the new requirements?
In this interactive workshop, we’ll work together to find the answer.
We’ll start with a practical case: Best IT, a fictional European company with approximately 1,500 employees that is already using AI in several areas of its business.
Microsoft Copilot supports employee productivity, AI is used for recruitment screening, Xurrent runs with Sera AI, an internally developed AI automation assesses the risks of planned changes, and employees are experimenting with generative AI tools.
Management has one straightforward but important question: Are we ready for the EU AI Act?
During the workshop, we’ll work together to answer that question. Using ISO/IEC 42001 and ISO/IEC 42005 as practical frameworks, we’ll explore how to map AI use across an organization, identify risks and responsibilities, and develop a structured approach to AI Governance.
Rather than simply discussing the theory, we’ll apply it to a realistic scenario and turn AI Governance into something concrete and actionable.
This workshop is relevant for professionals involved in the use, management or governance of AI within their organization, including:
