Service management tooling engineer

As a Tooling Specialist and Solution Architect, you’ll work closely with our customers to design, implement, and optimize their ITSM/ESM environments. You translate business needs into smart, scalable solutions and help organizations work more efficiently.

What you’ll do

• Implement and configure service management tools
• Optimize and automate workflows and processes
• Advise customers on best practices in ITSM/ESM
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions
• Support continuous improvement and innovation

What we’re looking for

• Experience with Xurrent, Freshservice, Halo, or similar tools like TOPdesk, Jira, Ivanti, …
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
