USM (Universal Service Management) is a simple and universal method for managing service delivery. The USM method helps the manager of a service organisation to quickly, easily and inexpensively get a grip on service delivery. USM states that managing service delivery is universal and can be established as an effective and efficient management system in all situations with no more than five processes and eight workflows.
