The human factor is often forgotten in transition projects related to service management and tooling. However, without taking the adoption aspects into account, such projects often have little chance of success and certainly not of creating a stable environment for a sustainable new way of working.
During this workshop we will discuss how to take this human factor into account based on a practical approach. Since we love interaction, we’ll be happy to discuss your challenges and to share our experiences.
