During this workshop we took a close look at Enterprice Service Management together with our partner Freshworks. They explained how Freshservice empowers your IT and business teams to co-exist on a single service management platform without compromising on security and taking into account the unique needs of each department and compatible staff services. They demonstrated how IT Admins can create multiple workspaces for their internal departements like HR, Facilities or Finance within a single Freshservice account.
