Increasingly, IT organisations are working with various suppliers for IT; especially with the impact of digital transformation, this number will grow significantly in the near future. This has made collaboration and getting to grips with the total service chain complex and impossible to support with traditional ITSM tooling. This workshop addressed the “why” and “how” of multi-sourcing and discussed how organisations can gain full transparency on quality, costs and risks in the entire service chain.
