Meet Marco Salamanca: One of our key Service Management Consultants.
After 7 years in the world of testing and analysis, Marco decided to join 2Grips in December 2021. As a service management consultant he implements and supports our service management solutions, mainly 4me.
Thinking in terms of processes and making them clear is what keeps him busy every day. In addition, he values communication highly and enjoys helping others who are not as strong in this area. A project manager role at various customers suits him well and helps him to further explore the world of service management.
Marco recently became a dad so practising sport himself is not always possible and has mainly evolved into watching sport competitions.
