Meet Kristof Kelchtermans: Service Management Tooling Engineer.
Kristof joined 2Grips in July 2021. Ready for a new challenge with a 13 years support experience, including 3 years with service management tooling. As a Tooling Engineer he implements and supports our main service management solutions, such as 4me Service Management, Ivanti Service Manager & Automation, Freshservice and BMC Software RemedyForce.
Kristof likes to analyse and to question processes in order to implement them perfectly afterwards. No challenge is too difficult for him. Because he also likes variation, he no longer limits himself to IT processes.
Outside working hours, he spends most of his time renovating his house, but he prefers to meet up with friends and family. In addition, Kristof is a real gamer. Board games, escape rooms and gaming are all high on his agenda. He keeps in shape by indoor rowing.
