Meet Jarne Geysen: One of our Service Management Consultants.
Jarne Geysen joined 2Grips during the mid-2020s lockdown. Based on his broad interest in both technology and business/IT processes, he supports organisations in improving processes and implementing Service Management tooling. He is also responsible for the automation and integration services offered by 2Grips.
Jarne gained his first experience within Service Management at the Belgian bank and insurance company KBC. He started at the brokerage house KBC Securities where he participated in the implementation and optimisation of the IT Processes for obtaining the ISAE 3402 SOC 2 certification. Afterwards he worked within the Service Management team within KBC Group where he fulfilled the role of functional analyst as well as process owner for several ITSM processes.
Jarne grew up in Belgium, studied computer science and recently moved to the Netherlands. When he’s not working, he prefers sports. You can find him along the river Maas for a bike ride or in the Loonse and Drunense Dunes National Park for a run. But when the sun is shining, he most enjoys hitting a ball on the golf course.
