Meet Dirk Kestemont: One of our key Service Management Consultants.
Dirk Kestemont joined 2Grips in 2019. As a senior service management consultant with over 20 years of experience, he specialised in translating business requirements into IT strategy. In addition, he is working as a trainer for our SIAM and ITIL trainings. He also participates actively in the various workshops organised by 2Grips. For him, sharing knowledge and experience is the key to success.
During his career, he has gained extensive knowledge of service improvement processes. He knows how to lead operational teams and is an expert in coaching process owners and managers during their service journeys. His various assignments as a consultant enabled him to gain organisational and management skills in several public and private organisations.
Dirk likes all American sports, a result of his longer period in the US early in his career. However these days those sports are more passive then active participated. Outside working hours he prefers spending time with his daughters and being busy with his passion for old cars.
To maximize the success of service management processes and tools, alignment with and adoption by the organisation and its people is key.
