Service Management Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Service Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide consultancy on service management strategy, operating model, process maturity assessment and defining a roadmap for process and tool implementation. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, deliver solutions such as but not limited to Service Management Architecture and Planning, Service Optimization, Service Integration and Management and ITIL process assessment, design and implementation.
The ideal candidate has a minimum 3 years’ experience in service management transformation consulting and delivery.
