Service Desk Agent

As a specialist in Service Management, 2Grips helps its customers to align their Service delivery with their business strategy and to improve it continuously and proactively. We give advice, we coach and we execute. In short, we help you grow as a service-oriented organisation focused on making and keeping your customers and end users satisfied. We provide these services to our customers in Europe, currently mainly located in Belgium and the Netherlands.

2Grips job

Our support provides the daily management of our customers’ service management application along with an excellent customer experience. Our Service Management tooling applications are namely 4me, Ivanti Service Manager and Freshservice.

To continue our growth, we would like to reinforce our 2Grips family in Belgium with a Service Desk Agent to provide excellent customer service.

Within the role of Service Desk Agent, you are responsible for:
  • Resolving request within the predetermined service level agreements.
  • Handling standard requests within the predetermined service level agreements.
  • Carrying out software implementations tasks for our clients.
  • Maintaining the knowledge base of the applications
  • The qualitative representation to our customers

As a Service Desk Agent your work consists of the technical configuration and setup of our service management applications. These tasks are mainly performed remotely from either our offices or home.

  • Experience with Javascript, HTML and CSS is a plus
  • Experience with Azure AD/SCIM provisioning is a plus
  • Experience with VisualStudio/Powershell scripts is a plus
  • Experience with a Service Management application is a plus
