PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner

The PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner course explores practical application of the PRINCE2 Agile method with real-world scenarios. The course begins with an overview of the basic concepts of common Agile ways of working. It progresses to being able to apply or tailor the PRINCE2 principles to a project in an Agile context. The purpose of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certification is to confirm whether a candidate has achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor PRINCE2 Agile in a scenario situation.

Upon completion of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner training, participants should be able to:

• Understand the basic concepts of common agile ways of working.

• Understand the purpose and context for combining PRINCE2 and the Agile way of working.

• Apply and evaluate the focus areas to a project in an Agile context.

• Fix and flex the six aspects of a project in an Agile context.

• Apply or tailor the PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products to a project in an Agile context.

• Pass the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam.

The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner certification is intended for:

• Project and Programme Managers who hold a current PRINCE2 or PRINCE2 Agile Foundation qualification
• Staff involved in the integration of project management with product delivery.

You will receive a voucher that allows you to schedule the online exam at a time of your choice.

The PRINCE2 Agile Pract. certification exam is an open book exam based on a case study scenario. It consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. You have 2.5 hours to complete this and you will pass if 60 per cent of the questions are answered correctly.
