Leading SAFe

The Leading SAFe® program provides a comprehensive overview of the fundamental aspects of SAFe, equipping participants with the principles and methodologies needed to effectively spearhead a Lean-Agile transformation. Through the Leading SAFe training, individuals gain the expertise to implement this framework, which is built upon 10 core principles, specific roles, and templates. Additionally, the training is designed to ready participants for the official SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) certification.

Upon completing the SAFe 6 Agilist course, participants will be able to:

• Embrace the role of a Lean-thinking Manager-Teacher.
• Apply the values and principles inherent in a Lean-Agile Mindset.
• Implement SAFe’s Lean and Agile principles across roles and practices within the framework.
• Create high-performing teams by establishing mission and purpose.
• Take a leadership role in the transformation process using the SAFe Implementation Roadmap.
• Provide support for PI (Program Increment) Planning and effectively engage in events crucial for successful Program execution.
• Drive Release on Demand through the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
• Establish alignment and execution using Strategic Themes and Lean Portfolio techniques.
• Successfully pass the official SAFe® 6 Agilist (SA) certification exam.

• Anyone involved in the implementation of large-scale agility

• Anyone wishing to pass the official SAFe® Agilist (SA) 6.0 certification of the Scaled agile academy

You will receive a voucher that allows you to schedule the online exam at a time of your choice. The SAFe6 certification exam consists of 45 multiple-choice questions. You will have 90 minutes for this and you will pass if you answer 80% of the questions correctly (36/45).
