ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value
The ITIL® 4 Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) training course is designed to equip candidates with a comprehensive understanding of diverse engagement and interactions within the realm of service providers and their customers, users, suppliers, and partners. Centered around the conversion of demand into value through IT-enabled services and a focus on the customer journey, ITIL DSV empowers candidates with tools to enhance stakeholder satisfaction. This emphasis on co-creating value is crucial for success in the contemporary service economy.
By fostering a proactive and collaborative approach, this training goes beyond theoretical concepts, providing practical skills that form an integral part to navigating the complex landscape of stakeholder relationships in modern IT service management.
Upon completion of the ITIL 4 Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value training, participants should be able to:
Understand how customer journeys are designed.
Know how to target markets and stakeholders.
Know how to foster stakeholder relationships.
Know how to shape demand and define service offerings.
Know how to align expectations and agree details of services.
Know how to onboard and offboard customers and users.
Know how to act together to ensure continual value co-creation (“service consumption / provisioning”).
Know how to realize and validate service value.
Pass the ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder Value exam.
- Professionals continuing their journey in Service Management
- ITSM Managers and aspiring ITSM Managers
ITSM practitioners who are responsible for managing and integrating stakeholders, focus on the customer journey and experience, and/or are responsible for fostering relationships with partners and suppliers.
- Existing ITIL qualification holders wishing to develop their knowledge
You will receive a voucher that allows you to schedule the online exam at a time of your choice.
The ITIL 4 Specialist Drive Stakeholder Value certification exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions. You have 90 minutes to do this and you will pass if you answer 70% of the questions correctly (28/40).
Attending accredited training for this ITIL 4 module is mandatory to pass the exam. Candidates must hold the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate.
