AgilePM Foundation

The AgilePM Foundation course is designed for people who require a general level of Agile Project Management understanding. AgilePM Foundation aims to ensure that a candidate understands the Agile Project Management philosophy, principles, processes, people, products and techniques.

Upon completion of the AgilePM Foundation training, participants should be able to:

• Understand the underpinning philosophy and principles of Agile Foundation.
• Understand the lifecycle of an Agile project, including alternative configurations.
• Understand the products produced during an Agile project and their purpose.
• Understand the techniques used and their benefits and limitations of Agile Foundation.
• Understand the roles and responsibilities within an Agile project.
• Pass the AgilePM Foundation exam.

• Practicing Project Managers
• Agile Team Members who wish to become Agile Project Managers

You will receive a voucher that allows you to schedule the online exam at a time of your choice.

The AgilePM Foundation certification exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. You will have 40 minutes for this and you will pass if you answer 50% of the questions correctly (25/50).
