It is suitable for individuals involved in any or all phases or the lifecycle of services and processes, and who require a deep understanding of how they may be used to enhance the quality of IT service delivery within an organization also for IT professionals working in an organization that has adopted ITIL and who need to be informed about and thereafter contribute to an ongoing service improvement program and individuals seeking progress towards the ITIL Master in ITSM, for which the ITIL Expert is a prerequisite.
The ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle course is part of the ITIL Expert Program. Students wishing to study the ITIL Managing Across the Lifecycle course should already hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate. This e-learning course takes about 30 hours (minimum).
