ITIL 4 Foundation Training

The ITIL 4 Foundation online course will introduce you to:

You will learn the core fundamentals of ITIL in a bigger context, with an emphasis on the business and technology world, how it works today, and how it will work in the future with Agile, DevOps and digital transformation.

ITIL 4 expands on previous versions by providing a practical and flexible basis to support organizations on their journey to the new world of digital transformation. It provides an end-to-end IT/digital operating model for the delivery and operation of tech-enabled products and services and enables IT teams to continue to play a crucial role in wider business strategy.

This ITIL 4 Foundation course is the starting point in the new ITIL certification and is required for anyone who wants to follow ITIL courses of a higher level. The online ITIL 4 Foundation training is suitable for anyone working in IT services or considering an IT career. This training is also suitable for people who have studied ITIL v3, COBIT 5 or ISO/IEC 20000, although this prior knowledge is not necessary.
This e-learning course includes video tutorials, study guides and quizzes and takes about 12 hours.

ITIL 4 Foundation Exam

The ITIL 4 Foundation exam can be taken online with a web proctor (with PEOPLECERT). Candidates must have completed the ITIL 4 Foundation course before requesting their exam voucher. The examination consists of 40 multiple choice questions and has to be completed in 60 minutes with a 65% pass mark.
