Classroom SIAM Professional Training

This classroom training is delivered via online sessions. The participants are taken along in the four phases of the SIAM roadmap:

  • Discovery and strategy
  • Plan and build
  • Implement
  • Run and improve

With discussions and exercises we encourage trainees to actively participate and apply their acquired knowledge immediately during the exercises.

Target audience

This training focuses on professionals who want to gain insight into the practice of Service Integration and Management and/or want to analyse, implement or improve this methodology in an organization. These professionals are often employees who provide the retained capabilities at a customer organization, service integrators and service providers who work within a SIAM ecosystem. Participants must NOT hold the SIAM Foundation certificate.

This classroom training is open to both clients and non-clients. The course (in English) consists of a 3-day training including a voucher for the certification exam.

Course Objectives
  • Establish a governance framework based on SIAM practices.
  • Perform an organization assessment to better determine and establish a plan and promote improvements.
  • Determine the key elements to perform a SIAM implementation.
  • Design and build up a SIAM model for different environments and organizations.
  • Lead a SIAM implementation.
  • Select different approaches to implement SIAM.
  • Use organizational change management in order to boost the SIAM implementation.
  • Improve the organization’s SIAM ecosystem at every stage.
  • Manage and continuously improve multiple processes based on SIAM.
The exam

At the end of the 3-day training the candidates will be tested on their knowledge of and skills with the activities in the four phases of the SIAM roadmap. Candidates are free to choose the date and time of the online exam.
