This classroom ITIL Foundation training is open to both customers and non-customers. The ITIL 4 Foundation course prepares you for the Foundation Certificate, a mandatory requirement for all other levels. The training consists of a 2,5-day course including the certification exam.

ITIL 4 Foundation Exam

The ITIL 4 certification exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions. You will have 60 minutes to complete and will be passed from 65% of correctly answered questions (26/40). Regarding the online exam, you will receive a voucher allowing you to schedule the online exam at a time of your choice with PeopleCert.
