ITIL 4 Foundation Course

This classroom ITIL Foundation training is open to both customers and non-customers. The ITIL 4 Foundation course prepares you for the Foundation Certificate, a mandatory requirement for all other levels. The training (provided in Dutch) consists of a 3-day course including the certification exam.

ITIL 4 Foundation Exam

The ITIL 4 certification exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions. You will have 60 minutes to complete and will be passed from 65% of correctly answered questions (26/40). The online exam takes place in a classroom under the supervision of the trainer on the third day of the course. In the case of a virtual classroom training, you will receive a voucher allowing you to schedule the online exam at a time of your choice.

The Foundation level course will be the first to be introduced by Axelos. The ITIL Managing Professional and Strategic Leader courses are expected in the second half of 2019.
