This ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support training brings practical knowledge and guidance for those involved in all aspects of developing and managing services. CDS provides a holistic view of all service delivery activity, from idea to reality, from demand to value, and from design, build, and test through to management and support. The content provides information on collaboration, culture, and team working and comes with practical ideas and tools for value stream working, making practices, and processes work together as a service and a customer experience.

This course expands on ITIL 4 Foundation, particularly around value streams. There are also several new topics discussed including: shift-left, employee satisfaction, procurement, and the ITSM tools market. This specialist training is one of the four modules of the The ITIL4 Managing Professional designation.

ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support Course

This public ITIL 4 specialist training prepares you for the ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support Certificate. The training (provided in English) consists of a 3-day course including the certification exam.  This ITIL 4 CDS training course will help professionals to:

  • Create an effective flow of work
  • Learn how to plan and manage resources into effective value streams
  • Evolve into a practice-centric way of working
  • Effectively manage teams and build a culture for success
  • Understand the value of proven and emerging technologies.
Course Pre-requisites

This specialist module is for IT professionals who design and/or manage the delivery and support of IT-enabled products and services. The content is valuable and useful to service management practitioners developers as well as testers, BRMs, technicians, managers, business analysts, and all those in the digital workspace. Candidates must hold the ITIL 4 Foundation certificate.

The ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver and Support certification exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions. You have 90 minutes to do this and you pass if you answer 70% of the questions correctly (28/40). The online exam takes place in class under trainer supervision on the fifth day of training. In the case of a virtual classroom training, you will receive a voucher with which you can schedule the online exam at a time of your choice.

  • Know how the following ITIL practices contribute to a value stream for user support

3. Know how to create, deliver and support services

  • Know how to co-ordinate, prioritize and structure work and activities to create, deliver and support services
  • Understand the use and value of the following across the service value system
